What we collect

• Profile information you give us: your name, email, service background, skills, story responses, video introductions, and the places you call home.
• Assessment responses: your answers to our alignment modules (interests, work style, values trade-offs, resilience). These produce your alignment read.
• Company information: workspace details, role postings, and public information about your company gathered from your website and public sources to draft your profile.
• Usage activity: actions on the platform (views, matches, outreach, interview requests) that make features like the Alignment Read and honest reporting work.

How we use it

• To build your profile or workspace and run the matching that is the product.
• To improve our fit instruments by comparing reads against real hiring outcomes, in aggregate.
• To show companies your story the way you approved it. Employers see your profile and fit narrative — never your raw assessment history.

The lines we do not cross

• We do not sell personal data.
• Nothing here auto-rejects anyone. Alignment reads start conversations; humans make decisions.
• We do not collect protected-class information (religion, politics, health or disability, family status, age) and our tools are built not to ask.
• Sponsored education offerings are always labeled as sponsored, and clicking one shares nothing about you with the partner beyond the visit itself.

Control and contact
