Career Alignment Assessment Notice

Your results form a Career Alignment Profile: how your natural tendencies may interact with a particular environment. It is a conversation starter you own, never a verdict about you.

What this is

This assessment is intended to support career exploration, self-awareness, and informed conversations between candidates and prospective employers. It evaluates general workplace preferences and behavioral tendencies and is not a clinical, psychological, or medical examination.

What results mean

Assessment results do not determine whether an individual is qualified for a position and should not be used as the sole or determinative basis for any hiring, rejection, promotion, compensation, or other employment decision. Results should be considered together with the individual’s skills, experience, education, interests, interview performance, ability to perform the essential functions of the position, and other job-related information.

Tendencies, not limits

Assessment results describe tendencies and preferences rather than fixed abilities or limitations. No assessment result guarantees job performance, cultural fit, employment, or advancement.

Your results belong to you

Assessment results are shown to you, for your own career exploration. They are not shown to employers unless you choose to display your Career Alignment Profile on your public profile — a setting you control and can change at any time. What employers otherwise see is what you and they each chose to list: your stated skills, credentials, values, locations, and story, compared side by side with what the role lists.

How the alignment signal works

This platform includes an automated signal that helps orient YOUR career exploration — which roles and paths may suit you. It is generated from the information you choose to share: your skills and experience, workplace personality tendencies, resilience and drive, emotional intelligence, and motivation and values. It does not use protected characteristics — such as age, race, sex, religion, national origin, or disability status — as inputs. The signal is never used to rank, order, select, or exclude candidates for employers, and it never determines eligibility.

Accommodations

Candidates may request a reasonable accommodation or an alternative method of completing the assessment by contacting support@reelworx.jobs.
